Traka Personnel Lockers are the ideal solution in hybrid and shared workspaces, college campuses, or corporate facilities where staff and visitors need a place to safely stow personal items, such as backpacks and handbags, laptops, smartphones, and more. The system offers users automated access to a locker compartment to deposit personal belongings, which can be quickly retrieved at a later time.
The lockers are also an effective temporary deposit solution for storing restricted items, such as firearms or smartphones, prior to entering a sensitive area, like a courthouse, medical or research facility. Items are secure from unauthorized access while in the locker compartment, and Traka retains an audit trail of all system access for total accountability.
The Personnel Deposit Locker can operate as a simple, standalone solution with up to 100 compartments, or networked for total control and visibilty via our administration software, TrakaWEB. Integrated power options enable users to charge laptops, smartphones, and other electronic devices while secured in the locker.

Users can quickly access the system by authenticating via access card, biometric fingerprint, or PIN to meet your security requirements
Locker assignment
once authenticated, the user is presented access to the first available locker compartment, but has the option to choose another for reasons of accessibility or convenience
Fast return access
The user can return at any time to temporarily access their items, such as to check phone messages, without releasing ownership of the locker compartment
Releasing the compartment
When the user returns to remove their belongings, they inform the system that they have finished the compartment, thus making it available to other users

Use our browser-based administration software, TrakaWEB, to monitor all activity, including which compartments are currently allocated and to which users. A complete transaction history for each compartment is available, which is helpful for identifying the owner of an item accidentally left inside the locker system.
