What type of venue does Traka work with regarding key and asset management solutions?

Traka works with a broad range of venues, from small performing arts centres to large arenas. Regardless of size, they have the same core needs: managing physical keys and assets across multiple departments within the organisation. As venues grow in size and complexity, accountability around keys becomes increasingly critical.
Security requirements and liability risks must be carefully managed, and we help property owners and managers minimise those challenges.

What are the main pain points regarding keys and assets in those venues?

We talk to customers using the PAL acronym: productivity, accountability and liability. These are the three main points we aim to drive home.
A customer may initially look at their business and say, “I just need a manager key,” but when we collaboratively step back and look at the bigger picture, the conversation shifts to, “Wait a minute – can you also help me become more productive? How can I increase accountability? How can I minimise liability?”
By providing a streamlined solution, Traka can integrate with the third-party systems already in place, such as access control, visitor management, time and attendance, and point of sale. The integration possibilities are extensive. We want customers engaged in looking at the whole experience, beyond just security.
