Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

ASSA ABLOY is the world's leading provider of access solutions. For our subsidiary DoorBird, we are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) at our Jacksonville, FL location to start as soon as possible.

DoorBird develops, manufactures, and markets high-quality IP video door entry systems worldwide.

About You:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the tech industry
• Positive outlook, strong internal drive, and team player mindset
• A “people person” with genuine interest in helping customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Clear and professional written and phone communication
• Highly productive, proactive, and enthusiastic about technology
• Based in or near Jacksonville, Florida

About the Opportunity:

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Reach out to warm and cold leads
• Develop strong product knowledge to address technical questions
• Provide professional communication and service when assisting customers
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Follow up on customer requests for product information and purchase guidance
• Support the sales team in identifying and growing opportunities within the territory
• Contribute to overall revenue growth throughout the Americas, Australia, and New Zealand
