About The Role

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES    

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team and sales management.
  2. Processing from customer orders received through email, phone, or online systems to cash collection (O2C process)
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product returns etc.
  4. Provide regular sales reports accurately to a manager or relevant team co-worker.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
  6. Understanding the sales activity flow of the Sales team and supporting document work related to sales and finance team.
  7. Any other work coordination when it is necessary.

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, order processing, marketing, or customer service.
  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate with other departments
  • Ability to take responsibility and work autonomously.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
