Senior Graphic Designer
Are you looking for the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has opened up for a driven and motivated team member to join the D&D Technologies Marketing team as a Senior Graphic Designer, based at Frenchs Forest NSW.
D&D Technologies is a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of quality, state-of the-art gate latches, locks and hinges. We are the trusted name in innovative gate hardware and our Australian-made products are sold and exported worldwide. Established in the late 1980s, D&D gained international recognition with its ground-breaking MagnaLatch® magnetic child safety gate latch for swimming pool and other child safety gates, winning several prestigious design awards for our revolutionary design. Since then, D&D has expanded operations and continues to grow its product range, delivering innovative safety, privacy and security gate hardware solutions. In 2022, D&D Technologies was acquired by ASSA ABLOY.
Major Responsibilities
We’re seeking a full-time Senior Graphic Designer to support our Global Creative Manager in maintaining and elevating our brand presence across international markets. You’ll play a key role in conceptualising, designing, and producing a wide range of marketing and communications materials for D&D Technologies and its associated companies.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on versatility, autonomy, and collaboration. You’ll be a creative “utility player” with a strong ethical compass and a company-first mindset. While your core focus will be graphic design and layout, your broader skill set—such as e-marketing, copywriting, imagery and vendor liaison—will be highly valued.
You’ll contribute to regular global Marketing and Sales meetings and help shape the visual direction of our campaigns and communications.
Experience in the Manufacturing, Construction, or Hardware industries is preferred, especially with technical product documentation such as installation instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of materials including advertisements, brochures, catalogues, flyers, packaging, signage, product instructions, social media assets, and more.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms and content calendars.
- Organise and maintain digital asset libraries with proper metadata and naming conventions.
- Develop engaging online graphics and e-marketing tools.
- Assist with photography and videography (preferred but not essential).
- Work on a Mac-based system using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors across Australia, the USA, NZ, and Europe.
- Participate in internal committees and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
In Return
At D&D Technologies, you’ll be joining a company that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We offer a supportive and inclusive culture where your ideas are welcome, and your contributions are recognised. You’ll work alongside passionate professionals in a flexible, full-time capacity that respects your work-life balance.
We believe in investing in our people—whether through professional development opportunities, access to global resources, or simply fostering a workplace where you can do your best work. You’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on a global brand while enjoying the autonomy and variety that comes with a senior creative role.
If you're looking for a role that combines purpose, creativity, and flexibility, we’d love to hear from you.
