Are you ready to ensure the highest quality of SKIDATA hardware in the world’s most exciting environments? We’re looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is your opportunity to work closely with SKIDATA R&D, testing new devices and focusing on development-driven quality assurance.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, agile team planning, executing, and documenting product tests (climate tests, IP, mechanical, electronic, endurance, etc.). As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards and delivering the best experiences for our customers. What You’ll Do:

  • Hardware Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure the high quality of SKIDATA products by developing and maintaining comprehensive hardware test plans. Execute a wide range of tests, including functional, climate (both in-house and external), mechanical load and stability, as well as safety, reliability, and performance testing. Support field tests through on-site supervision and compile detailed test reports to document results.
  • Mechatronic Product Concept: Create integrated mechatronic concepts for SKIDATA products, ensuring seamless interaction between electrical, mechanical, and third-party components. Take ownership of aligning the mechanical and electrical designs for optimal product integration.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Apply knowledge of modern manufacturing technologies to improve product design and manufacturability, ensuring that SKIDATA solutions are efficient, scalable, and production-ready.
  • Documentation & Training Support: Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user and technician manuals. Contribute to the planning and execution of technician training sessions to ensure high serviceability and customer satisfaction.

 

Your profile

  • Educational Background: Technical education in Mechatronics, such as a university degree or graduation from a higher technical college (HTL), ideally with a focus on engineering and mechatronic systems.
  • Professional Experience: Hands-on experience in mechanical design and testing of mechatronic systems. Confident in analyzing and understanding complex technical systems with a structured and analytical approach.
  • Personal and Social Skills: Analytical thinker with a structured and process-oriented mindset. A reliable team player with strong communication skills, high precision, and attention to detail. Self-motivated, solution-driven, and capable of setting the right priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Your Place of work Grödig/Salzburg

 

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2,471.00 euros gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the collective agreement minimum salary.
