As our Software Engineer Intern, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

·       Develop software in C or C#: Work on software development projects using C or C# on both Windows and Linux platforms

·       Create demos and proof of concepts: Develop and present demos and proof of concept projects to showcase new features or technologies

·       Automate testing: Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability

Your Experience and Background include:  

·       +3rd year of technical studies, preferably Applied Computer Science

·       Active student status

·       Availability to work minimum 20h per week, for at least 14 weeks

·       Familiarity with C: Some experience with C programming, especially for embedded systems

·       Basic knowledge of C#: Understanding of C# for desktop application development

·       Understanding of REST APIs: Familiarity with consuming RESTful web services

·       Problem-solving skills: Ability to approach and solve technical problems effectively

·       Eagerness to learn: Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed

·       Team collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members
