Integrates directly with popular Dealer Management Systems to pull through vehicle records and eliminate unnecessary data entry for users. Alternatively, import from and export to your own bespoke databases to provide real-time key and vehicle information.
Quick & easy reports
Providing many built-in reports either textual or graph based, all of which can be exported to Excel for further processing. Reports can also be quickly pulled up from specific keys or users and restricted by timeframe. We also develop new reports according to customer requirements free as part of the support contract.

Get quick access to complex data such as viewing who uses the system for what reason allowing you to identify incorrect or unusual/unauthorised usage.
Manage parking spaces
When searching for a key users will automatically be given the parking location of the vehicle related to the key - no more wasting time locating the vehicle! We also provide visibility of spaces in use, available and recent utilisation to assist in parking management.
Track keys across the country
Our software is designed to be low-bandwidth, with communication between cabinets, server, PCs and mobile devices heavily optimised. Keys can be tracked as they move from one key cabinet to another no matter where they are in the country.
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
We can assist in providing key data for use with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. For example if a dealership has an audit of vehicles, the vehicles that were not present at time of audit can be confirmed as present later in the day when the key was returned.

Server Requirements
Our server software has been tested to run on Server 2008/R2 and Server 2012 with Server 2016 compatibility testing in progress.
You can also deploy to desktop operating systems such as Windows 7, 8 and 10.
Cloud hosted or virtual server deployment
Our solution can be deployed to Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services. Alternatively, our solution can be deployed to virtual machines in your own data center.
Application Requirements
Our desktop app can run on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 as well as the Windows 10 Anniversary update.
Our mobile app is available for iPhones, iPads, Android Phones/Tablets and Windows Phones and will connect into your server.
