With different teams across housekeeping, management, spa services and other areas requiring different levels of access to different keys throughout the day, Dormy House needed a simpler way to manage access while improving visibility and accountability.

Previously, key sets were stored in a safe and issued manually, with employees signing keys in and out using a paper ledger. This time-consuming process depended on records being kept up to date and gave management limited visibility over who had each key.

If a key wasn’t returned or went missing, identifying who had last accessed it could be difficult, increasing the time spent searching for keys and creating unnecessary operational and security risks.
