ASSA ABLOY is hiring a Shipping Receiving I at our Ontario, California service center.

What would you do as our Shipping Receiving I?

In this role, you will coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure products move efficiently between the warehouse, vendors, and customers. You will help ensure orders are accurate, deliveries are on time, and customer expectations are consistently met.

You would also:

• Schedule outbound shipments and prepare shipping documents
• Coordinate inbound deliveries
• Track orders, backorders, and delivery timelines
• Support warehouse operations and production scheduling
• Monitor and resolve shipping-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with customer and distributor coordination

The Skills and Experience You Need:

• 3+ years of logistics or shipping/receiving experience
• Experience with scheduling shipments and working with distributors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively

Pay:

$23.15/hour
