Role Description
As an Account Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day link between clients and internal . supporting the Commercial Manager by maintaining client relationships, handling service issues and maintaining database records.
You will be responsible for :
- Assist daily the Commercial Manager to achieve daily and monthly business targets and business goals including budget.
- Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects and services
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning contracts, programs, projects and services provided and people affected
- Manage paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided
- Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions
- Oversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders
- Prepare and review submissions and reports concerning the organisations activities
- Answer incoming service calls and service emails.
- Schedule all Preventative Maintenance (Testing) work and coordinate with customers and testing staff of schedule.
- Maintain the PM/Testing database and ensure all contractual commitments are met.
- Update the Assa Abloy job management system with all PM checklists and recommended actions – share this information in a time manner with our clients
- Prepare quotations and update system where required
- Any other task as requested from time to time
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working in service industry
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
