Residential Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Residential Sales Representative in the Asheville, NC area.
Expectations
- Proven track record in residential sales
- Proven ability to develop relationships with customers via phone and in person
- Minimum High School Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of inside sales/customer service experience
- 1+ years of B2B sales
- Must be proficient with MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Spend approximately two-thirds of the day in the field providing job estimates (service, remodels and installations),
- Verifying required materials for residential orders
- Promoting additional features and accessories and
- Generally representing the company to potential and existing residential customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful residential sales experience
- Extensive experience and product knowledge relating to the installation, service and repair of residential door opening systems
- Superior problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (in English)– in person, telephone and written skills
- Self-starter with a high level of integrity
- Customer-centric - always representing the company in a positive manner.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Clean and neat in appearance
Additional Information:
- There will not be a relocation package offered
- This is a base salary plus commission position
