IDS Branch Administrator (Kenya)

Purpose of the role:

 

The position reports to the Managing Director - ASSA ABLOY Kenya and General Manager – IDS Exports and will be responsible for all administration functions within the Nairobi sales branch. This role is designed to ensure that standard operating procedures and processes for finance and operations are adhered to and completed in full.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure that general day to day sales and administrative functions are handled accurately, correctly, timeously and that all exceptions are highlighted and escalated to the Export Manager.
  • Manage day-to-day running of the sales counter ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Responsible for all cash receipts and petty cash maintenance
  • Picking and packing of stock ordered and coordinating the dispatch process
  • Supervise the order distribution to guarantee efficient delivery
  • Liaise with the Export manager regarding all issues relating to effective sales delivery
  • Manage the repair and warranty processes to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reporting to management
  • Perform any other tasks as set by management to support business objectives

 

Professional Qualifications/ Experience:

 

  • Minimum Diploma in Business management/administration or any other related business-related course
  • At least one year experience in general sales administration/retail/showroom sales
  • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools is an added advantage.
