HID is looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to join the Identification Technologies (IDT) Business Area (BA). As the Commercial Excellence Manager, you will own and lead high-priority commercial improvement initiatives across IDT, from ideation to execution. You will work closely with our business and commercial leaders around the world to improve our commercial performance and processes unlocking new opportunities for growth.
In this highly visible role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, Strategy & M&A at IDT. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and includes occasional international travel.

Identification Technologies (IDT):
Within HID, you will find Identification Technologies or IDT, which is a fast-growing Business Area providing a broad portfolio of contactless identification technologies (RFID / NFC, BLE, UWB etc.) across various industries, such as Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply chain, Healthcare and Access Control. More specifically, IDT offers smart credentials (RFID tags & cards), RFID readers, services & software to securely identify, track and manage assets and identities. IDT has experienced significant growth in the last 5 years – both organically and through M&A with 15 acquisitions done since 2019 – and is considered one of HID’s “growth engines”.
As IDT's Commercial Excellence Manager, you will support our continued success by:
- Owning and driving high-priority commercial improvement initiatives across IDT’s 10 business units around the world.
- Enhancing sales processes, performance and effectiveness – further refine KPIs, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Contributing to continuous development of CRM tools and driving adoption across teams.
- Leading pricing analysis and turning insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Leading commercial integration of newly acquired companies.
- Driving roll-out and development of commercial training initiatives and programs (e.g. global sales training program).

Your Experience and Education include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering. Master’s Degree valued.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience from top-tier management consulting with a commercial focus or from a commercial / sales excellence role.
- Experience from improving sales & lead processes, optimizing pricing and/or driving sales performance through data insights.
- High proficiency with Microsoft products especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools is a big plus.
- Ability to travel internationally when needed.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
