About the Role

We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager – DAS to join our New Construction Sales team in Auckland. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you’ll manage key accounts, provide technical support, and help grow our share in the Digital Access Solutions (DAS) market.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow relationships with system integrators, distributors and security consultants.
  • Provide technical product support, installation guidance and post-sales service.
  • Conduct solution selling to end users and drive pull-through sales.
  • Deliver training sessions and product presentations.
  • Identify opportunities through market and competitor insights.
  • Support trade shows, launches and promotional activities.

 

About You

You’re a self-motivated relationship-builder with strong technical know-how and a drive to achieve results.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the access or electronic security industry.
  • Strong understanding of access control systems and software.
  • Proven success in account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to build trust quickly.
