Location: This is an onsite position based out of Berlin, CT 5 days a week (must currently live within commuting distance)

What you will be doing:
ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in access solutions, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies to drive engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign execution across paid media, email marketing, and lead generation, as well as a strong analytical mindset to track performance and optimize ROI. A keen eye for brand consistency and compliance, along with proficiency in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and SEMrush, will be essential to succeed in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key areas you will contribute to the role include:
Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing Technology & Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads and other paid search, social media ads, display, etc.).
- Manage email marketing campaigns including email creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Create and manage forms, working with lead management team to ensure lead capture aligns with the lead management process.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Salesforce CRM or Looker Studio to generate insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Technology & Tools:
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.
- Stay current with emerging digital tools and platforms.
Compliance & Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all digital content complies with brand guidelines and legal standards.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across channels.
What we are looking for:
- You have strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a creative thinker and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
- Ability to perform onsite Monday through Friday at our Berlin, CT office.
- Ability to travel (up to 10%) and meet to the requirements of the business.
Education and/or experience:
- Your background includes a Bachelor’s degree (preference for specialization in related curricula such as: Marketing, Communications, or similar), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
- Minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or building products industry.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and SEMRush.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other similar software is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Organizational relationships:
This position reports to the Marketing Technology and Digital Marketing Manager.
Special considerations:
This position will be performed onsite Monday through Friday at our Berlin, CT office.

Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business requirements, geographic location and other business and organizational needs. This salary range is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting.
