Customer Service Administrator – National Operations Centre (NOC)

What You’ll Do

Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for customers and technicians, managing enquiries via phone, email, and customer portal.

Work Order Management: Create, update, and close service work orders in ServiceNow while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Scheduling & Coordination: Allocate technicians to jobs, assist with preventative maintenance scheduling, and support project coordination tasks.

Administration & Invoicing: Audit and prepare work orders for invoicing, assist finance with accounts receivable, and support spare parts quotations and orders.

Collaboration: Work closely with operations, field service, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll be at the centre of SKIDATA’s service operations, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

 

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role.

  • Certificate IV in Business, Telecommunications, or related qualification (preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar systems is an advantage.

  • A commitment to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
