Tele-sales Coordinator (KZN)

Purpose of Role:

 

We are seeking a motivated and organized Telesales Coordinator to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound telesales activities, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. This role plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and manage outbound telesales campaigns to generate leads and close sales.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
  • Schedule follow-up calls, appointments, and product demonstrations for sales representatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Monitor telesales KPIs and report performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure all customer data is updated and maintained according to company policies.
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and promotions with sales strategies.
  • Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex queries to relevant departments.
  • Train and onboard new telesales agents as needed.

 

Professional qualifications/ experience:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
