We’re looking for an ERP Configuration Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing and maintaining ERP product data in a JD Edwards environment. This position is critical to ensuring our systems support efficient, high-quality product development and manufacturing processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Upload and maintain ERP product data, including new product setups, BOM creation, and configurator updates.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and other teams to support new product development and production changes.
- Build and test product configurations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Manage User Defined Code (UDC) tables, Assembly Inclusion Rules (AIRs), and Cross-Segment Editing Rules (CSRs) to maintain data integrity and streamline product setup.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve data discrepancies across departments.
- Support large-scale ERP data transformations and partner with IT to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Continuously improve processes to support business goals and maintain high data quality.
What You Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems (JDE preferred), with a strong focus on data management.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data manipulation.
- A solid understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information System, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
