Field Technical Engineer – Northern Poland and Warsaw area

ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in access solutions, is seeking a Field Technical Engineer in the Northern Poland and Warsaw area.
What you would do
Within this role, you will be partly working from home and partly visiting our Clients to install, maintain and troubleshoot our Vingcard and Elsafe products, including our software and firmware applications.
You’ll be delivering innovative access solutions that make our customers happy.
You would also
• Drive aftermarket sales of our products with the possibility to receive bonus for successful selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with other ASSA ABLOY colleagues.
• Develop strong relationships with our clients, including providing trainings and presentation on our product portfolio, explaining technical terms to non-technical customers.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for problem-solvers, quick thinkers, and technical experts with:
• Strong knowledge in network technologies, LAN/WAN environments, routing, TCP/IP, and components, as well as ability to resolve database issues and/or changes quickly and accurately.
• Experience in experience with Sybase SQL databases, hardware installation, loading operating systems as well as planning and supporting network infrastructure.
• Passion to learn about new technologies and developing your technical skills.
• Fluency in Polish and ability to communicate in English.
• Availability to travel up to 80% of your working time, within the assigned territory (Northern Poland and Warsaw area.
• Driving License (B).
