Summary
This opportunity is with Evolis, part of the HID Global group.
To support the Regional Marketing Manager APAC in driving marketing activities and work closely with the local Sales Team, our Distribution Partners, Resellers and System Integrators in developing our business activities.
You will assist in creating effective and up-to-date marketing tools as well as in coordinating corporate and channel sales & marketing actions.
After an initial internal training period to familiarize yourself with Evolis’ products, or strategy and various go-to-market channels, your activities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
As our Inside Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Corporate Marketing
- Assist in the organization and implementation of events and exhibitions.
- Assists in the creation and sourcing of corporate marketing tools.
- Maintain social media profiles and content to engage audiences
- Liaise with Corporate Marketing team in HQ as and when necessary (email, telephone & video conference)
- Channel Marketing
- Assist distribution and business partners with the creation and compilation of marketing materials required for channel marketing activities (exhibitions, events, DM/eDM campaigns etc.)
- To perform periodic check of distributors’ websites to ensure they are up-to-date.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials.
- Distribution of marketing materials required.
- Channel Development and Account Management
- Assist in canvassing through on-line research or phone calls to targeted prospects.
- Enter and update Sales Leads & Opportunities in the CRM platform
- Qualify and monitor incoming leads, evaluate their potential and transform them into concrete business opportunities
- Updating, e-Filing and Follow-up on leads and inquiries arriving from different sources: website, social media, exhibitions & tradeshows, events, email & telephone etc.
- Reporting and Administration
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager with any regular reporting, as and when required
- Preparation of minutes of sales meetings / video conferences
- To update the Evolis customer and contact data base on a regular basis
Your Experience and Background include:
- Fresh graduates from Polytechnics/Institutions with confidence in own attributes may apply.
- No previous work experience is required.
- Creative thinking and good team spirit.
- “IT literate” with experience in usage of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of Adobe graphic design software:

Language Skills
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluency in English & Mandarin (other languages will be valued).
Computer Skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
Work Requirements
- Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
- Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
