We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Change and Communication Lead to drive the people side of change for a large business transformation initiative, anchored by the implementation of a new ERP system.This role will be instrumental in preparing, equipping, and supporting employees across globally decentralized businesses to successfully adopt new ways of working, processes, and technologies.

As our Change and Communication Lead , you’ll support HID’s success by:
Change Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with business transformation goals
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations to shape targeted, change strategies
- Partner with business leaders to embed change leadership capabilities across the organization, as well as drive commitment for the change to be implemented within HID Business Areas especially in the areas of data quality and process ownership
- Ensure change management activities are seamlessly integrated into the transformation project plan
Communication Leadership:
- Design and deliver a multi-channel communication strategy that informs, engages, and inspires stakeholders at all levels
- Craft clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences across geographies and functions
- Socialize communication plans with key HID council forums articulating the business priority, and rationale for the transformation.
- Manage communication timelines, content development, and feedback loops.
Training & Enablement:
- Collaborate with workstream leads to design and deliver targeted training programs that support adoption and ownership with business areas of new processes, ways of working and technologies.
- Ensure training content is aligned with business processes, user roles, and system capabilities.
- Before new ERP functionality is rolled out, partner with process owners to drive accountability of performing strong user acceptance testing
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust approaches based on feedback and performance metrics.
Engagement & Readiness:
- Lead initiatives to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to the transformation
- Develop and deploy readiness assessments, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms
- Establish and facilitate a change network of BA Super Users to support users and address resistance
- Identify and mitigate potential risk and resistance to change, proactively addressing concerns
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the steering committee, senior leadership, key HID Councils, and workstream leads
- Facilitate workshops to foster alignment and momentum
Monitor and Evaluate:
- Define success metrics and track progress toward adoption, engagement goals, and business ownership of new ERP solution
- Adjust strategies based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs
- Expert understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven success in large-scale ERP or digital transformation initiatives
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP and its impact on business processes
- Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
- Experience with project management and Agile methodologies and the ability to integrate into change management into project plans
- Ability to coach and support leaders through the change process
- Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
- Strong team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Experience working in complex, decentralized, and global environments
Your Experience and Education include:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in change management or transformation leadership
- Change management certification highly desirable
