As our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Writing a marketing plan and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with the whole of the marketing mix, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
- Developing and implementing content strategies that tell compelling stories and engage target audiences.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and gain feedback to improve marketing outcomes.
- Managing relationships with external agencies and partners to support campaign delivery.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance using Salesforce and other analytics tools. (or work with business partners who deliver this function, setting clear goals and analysis).
- Managing email marketing programs and coordinating digital agency efforts.
- Creating and aligning marketing campaigns with web content, SEO strategies, and lead generation initiatives.
- Leveraging marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM tools to enhance customer engagement.
- Interpreting digital analytics to optimize campaigns and improve return on investment.
- Presenting campaign updates and business cases to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Supporting marketing operations and contribute to team efficiency and alignment.
Your Experience and Background include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on campaign execution.
- Experience in B2B and channel marketing environments, creating marketing plans and coordinating the marketing mix and resources to achieve.
- Expertise in brand development, storytelling, content creation, and audience-focused messaging.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for campaign measurement and reporting.
- Experience managing digital agencies and email campaigns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Autonomous and confident in leading projects and managing processes.
- PowerPoint, Smart Sheet, MS Office.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, 6Sense) and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) is beneficial.
- Experience in the physical security, access control, or wider security technology industry is beneficial but not essential.
