Admin Specialist
RESPONSIBILIT
• 负责公司办公场地的日常行政事务管理,维护办公环境及秩序;
• 策划组织公司会议、活动,统筹场地预定、物资准备及现场执行;
• 接待来访客户及合作伙伴,安排行程及后勤支持。
• 负责外聘服务团队的日常管理(食堂、保安、广告公司、绿植维护、装修团队等),并监督服务质量、定期评估供应商绩效;
• 负责部门办公设备、器材的采购、维护及日常管理;
• 协助员工入离职行政流程安排(工位安排、门禁权限、办公用品发放等)。
• 负责公司员工差旅机票的预订及公司差旅政策的落地解读和宣讲;
• 负责处理公司总经理的日常报销;
• 其他临时事项的处理。
REQUIREMENT
• 本科学历,行政管理、工商管理、人力资源等相关专业优先;
• 2年以上中大型企业行政岗位经验,熟悉供应商管理及活动组织策划;
• 熟练使用Office办公软件、绘图设计软件,具备基础数据分析能力和海报制作能力。
• 大学英语四级,具备基本的英语口语及读写能力;
• 做事踏实,认真细致,执行能力强。
