The Machine Operator II will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting multiple complex manufacturing equipment with a focus on producing quality product and achieving production goals, with a willingness to work overtime when needed.

As our Machine Operator II, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Operating and monitoring lamination press equipment in accordance with production specifications and safety standards.
- Collating materials per BOM.
- Identifying and escalating potential issues in order to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues and / or operational inefficiencies.
- Following oral and written directions.
- Following and advocating safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintaining a high level of attendance.
- Working at a fast pace with very high attention to detail.
- Setting up and properly using automatic and semiautomatic equipment in a cleanroom facility.
- Understanding and adhering to basic work instructions and procedures.
- Verifying BOMs, programming requirements, product types, artwork and markings
- Being held accountable for all performance standards.
- Serving as a backup lead.
- Training new or temporary employees.
Your Experience and Background include:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Must have a minimum of one year manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as well as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Accepts and embraces constant change as a necessary factor to success.
- Demonstrates experience operating and set ups of various machinery.
- Must have flexibility to work overtime as required (including weekends).
- Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities while being organized.
- Willingness and ability to learn new concepts and techniques.
