Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns across the Nordics, working closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen our brand presence and support business growth. You will play a central role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with our customers and position us as a leader in our industry.

You will report directly to the Country Manager, and collaborate closely with colleagues in Business Development, Sales and Product Management. As our Marketing Specialist, you will help shape and deliver innovative marketing solutions that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

You would also:

  • Plan, execute and follow up on marketing campaigns across the Nordics
  • Manage and update marketing materials including brochures, brand templates, and product sheets
  • Ensure website content is accurate and continuously updated
  • Coordinate and create content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Conduct competitor and market analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare and distribute newsletters and email campaigns (via Mailchimp or Marketo)
  • Collaborate with business development teams for trade shows and vertical-specific initiatives
  • Work closely with the central marketing team, e-Business team, and the Customer Engagement organization to align strategy and local execution
  • Maintain and organize content in digital platforms such as AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Digital Asset Management systems, and brand portals
  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, and Oktopost, with a strong focus on SEO and SEM strategies
  • Manage and report on local marketing budget

 

The skills and experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Mailchimp, AEM, InDesign, Meta/FB Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Oktopost)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and basic photo/video editing for content creation is a plus
  • Structured with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Confident communicator and fluent in English (Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and across teams in an international environment
