What you would do as our Global Digital Performance & Analytics Specialist
As our Global Digital Performance & Analytics Specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of our digital analytics and marketing performance strategy. Your focus will be on building robust measurement frameworks, managing tracking tools, and turning data into insights that drive better business decisions. You will work closely with global teams to improve digital effectiveness and advise local marketers on how to optimize performance. This hands-on role combines strategic planning with day-to-day execution, supporting experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement across digital channels.
You would also:
- Define and track KPIs to measure digital performance, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio to support data-driven decisions.
- Manage tracking infrastructure and attribution models across platforms such as GA4, GTM, and Matomo.
- Provide insights to global and local teams to enhance user journeys, conversion paths, and overall digital effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and IT to align analytics efforts with strategic business goals.
- Evaluate new tools, guide external partners, and train internal teams to strengthen analytics capabilities and foster a data-driven culture.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, or digital growth roles—preferably in a global context.
- Has solid experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console (Matomois a plus), and reporting tools like Power BI or similar (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Is knowledgeable in digital marketing channels (web, SEO, SEM, display, social media) and attribution models.
- Is fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Communicates effectively and can present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and solution-oriented, with a structured, analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail. You thrive in a global, cross-functional environment, balancing hands-on management of analytics projects with strategic guidance. Your ability to simplify complex data insights makes you a trusted partner to marketing and business teams, enabling better, data-driven decisions.
