Marketing & Business Development Executive SEA

About the Role:

This Marketing/ Business Development person will play a leading role in Business Area Emerging Market South-East Asia Entrance Systems - driving brand awareness, generating leads, increasing customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
2. Create engaging and informative content (blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters)
3. Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
4. Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities.
5. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
6. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals
7. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
8. Stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies and best practices
9. Business Development – Market Intelligence, Architectural Specification  

10. Other relevant responsibilities will be added to keep up with market trend

 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. At least 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software).]

 

Desired qualification:

1, Experience in the building & construction industry will be an added advantage
2. Familiarity with CRM software
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Creative and innovative thinking
