HR Business Partner, GC&SEA
We are looking for a HR Business Partner reporting directly to the Director Human Resource, Support Functions of ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Greater China & South East Asia, based in Shanghai, China.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders in business planning; contribute to business strategy by supporting line managers in identifying, prioritizing, and developing people capabilities, optimizing structure, and improving HR programs and processes.
- Act as HR consultant and business partner in driving and implementing organisational design, change management, talent management & succession planning, HR policies and procedures, culture & engagement initiatives.
- Active support organization design and change management projects; provide solutions and execute management decisions related to headcount movement.
- Talent & Staff Development Management – understand future talent requirements aligned with business strategies. Drive talent review programs including talent identification, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Performance & Reward Management - support the implementation of compensation and benefits strategies; participate in annual performance appraisals and salary review processes; guide managers on employee performance management.
- Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to drive HR programs and initiatives; ensure effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Lead or support transformation and organizational evolution projects aligned with company strategy
- Serve as an employee point of contact and champion of HR initiatives.
- Management of Staff grievance/issue – advise and support line managers on staff grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, 5 years and above of HR Business Partnering experience in fast paced, dynamic and high growth environment.
- Strong personal credibility and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders
- Experienced Human Resources professional, well-rounded understanding of HR functions and able to collaborate with subject matter experts in all HR disciplines
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders to get things done within a matrix and global organization
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work in partnership with broader ASSA ABLOY team
- A good communicator at all levels, from employees to senior management
- Strong learning agility and able to deal with changes in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin capabilities
- Good command of Microsoft Office program: PowerPoint; Excel, Word; good in HR reporting, presentation and data analysis
