What you will be doing
We are looking for a hands-on and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner who is keen to balance operational HR execution with tactical application for end-to-end people practices. This role partners with managers and key stakeholders across the ASSA ABLOY Australia business, taking ownership for all things people. An on-site based role located in Oakleigh, with a remit across Australia, this role represents a real opportunity to take your people and culture career to the next level.
• Provide managers with generalist HR advice and support
• Translate growth plans, talent gaps and challenges into people strategies
• Co-ordinate processes such performance, development, salary and bonus reviews
• Challenge and provide sound advice on TA, OD and IR matters
• Develop actionable staffing plans to bridge gaps between current and future needs
• Coordinate change management initiatives where it benefits the business
• Support key business and divisional projects whilst balancing the day to day priorities
What we are looking for
• A true P&C generalist with a passion for all things HR
• Self-motivation with exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Ability to convey information to a diverse range of people in a positive manner
• Passion about learning, development and career pathways for our people
• Initiative with the ability work as a member of a small team and lead others
• Advanced HRIS experience with SuccessFactors or similar software
• Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Human Resource or similar
