Traka USA to Hold Grand Opening Celebration for New Facility in Downtown Orlando


Industry Leader in Key and Asset Management Solutions Relocates to “The City Beautiful”

Orlando, Fla. (January 10, 2019) — Traka USA, the global leader in innovative key and asset management solutions, is holding a grand opening celebration this month for their brand-new headquarters in downtown Orlando. All valued customers, prospective customers, partners, vendors and colleagues are invited to celebrate this successful relocation with them on January 18th, 2019. This event not only celebrates the new facility, but also the growth that Traka USA has had since starting in 2006 with only two staff members to now having over thirty employees across the United States.

The new 12,000+ square foot facility is located minutes from downtown Orlando and enables Traka to improve their support of customers and partners throughout the Americas. Its open-concept design fosters better collaboration among team members, offers more meeting spaces and includes a dedicated training & demo environment filled with Traka products and partner integrations. The warehouse space is designed to follow lean management principles and provides ample space to increase capacity, shorten lead times and support upcoming local fabrication.

This grand opening celebration will include free food, games and music, as well as an opportunity to raise money for their new neighbor, Heart of Florida United Way. In the spirit of giving back to the community, Traka USA has partnered with United Way and OneBlood for the event.

Attendees can look forward to fun raffle items with 100% of their proceeds going towards charity. Every attendee will receive one free raffle ticket when they arrive, with additional tickets available for purchase to benefit United Way. Several exciting prizes will be raffled off, including a cruise package for two! There will also be a “Big Red Bus” available onsite where attendees are encouraged to donate blood to OneBlood.

Two food trucks with a variety of free delicious lunch options will be catering the event. As for entertainment, virtual reality gaming experiences will be available on site. Long week? Traka will also have two massage chairs on site to help you spring into the weekend ready to go!  At noon, a short ceremony will be held for the official ribbon cutting of the building, followed by a tour of the facility.

Traka USA President Danny Garrido said, “We hope as many people as possible will join us for an afternoon of fun, food and entertainment on January 18th.  We’re really excited about what the new office offers us and our customers, but we really want to raise as much money as we can for United Way and gather as many blood donations as possible for OneBlood.
