We are committed to providing outstanding quality from manufacturing to service, and our focus on training is no different. We have a range of training options and courses available giving you the flexibility to train your way.

Certified Partner Training

Our certified partner courses have been developed in order to ensure technicians carry the skills and knowledge required for system installation, commissioning and servicing of Traka solutions. Our end users can have peace-of-mind knowing that only Traka Certified Technicians are authorized to work on their investment.

End-User Training

We offer fundamental courses and customized training options for Traka Touch, TrakaWEB and our supported integrations, in order to equip Traka end users with the ability to harness the full power of their Traka solution. When required, we can tailor a training solution around a specific application or use-case scenario for your business.

Classroom Training

Our classroom setting, located at our U.S. headquarters in Orlando, Florida, offers our attendees traditional face-to-face training with our knowledgeable specialists. Classes are kept small, socially distanced, and safe.

While in the classroom, attendees are provided an optimal, hands-on experience with access to a full-suite of Traka’s hardware, software, and integrated solutions. Face-to-face students are also provided with live, real-world scenarios and shown how to manage any challenges they may encounter while in the field.

Virtual Training

Our range of virtual training options works particularly well for TrakaWEB software training and for end users. This comes in the form of a live webinar hosted by a Traka expert, with course material tailored to the specific needs of the customer.

E-Learning (Spring 2021)

For 2021, Traka is developing a suite of e-learning courses, transitioning content typically delivered face-to-face (or virtually via webinar) to a new platform where training, knowledge modules and even certification tests can be taken on demand.
