IT Systems Administrator

This role sits at the centre of infrastructure across our Pacific & North East Asia (PNEA) businesses.
You won’t just maintain systems, you’ll shape how they perform, scale, and stay secure. From day-to-day operations to security uplift and infrastructure projects, your impact will be visible across the business.
This is a full-time, onsite role, primarily based across Oakleigh and Cheltenham, supporting multiple business locations and teams.
What you’ll do
- Own and support core infrastructure across the PNEA landscape
- Deliver Tier 2/3 support across infrastructure, network, and applications
- Manage servers, virtualisation, storage, backup, and cloud environments
- Drive patching, vulnerability management, and security improvements
- Partner with Group IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Lead or support infrastructure upgrades and project delivery
- Contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, and system uplift
- Operate in line with internal security, compliance, and safety standards
Your environment
You’ll work across a modern, evolving stack:
- Windows Server
- VMware (ESXi)
- Hybrid cloud (Azure exposure)
- Security & monitoring tools (e.g. Rapid7, SolarWinds or similar)
- Enterprise infrastructure and backup solutions
What you bring
- Proven experience in Systems / Infrastructure Administration within a medium to enterprise environment
- Strong capability across on-prem and cloud environments
- Solid troubleshooting across infrastructure, network, and application layers
- Exposure to cybersecurity, patching, and vulnerability management
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have: ITIL exposure or experience supporting infrastructure projects
