National Account Manager - eCommerce
Job Summary
Works with Key Decision Makers at assigned accounts (HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com & Menards.com) to develop and implement account strategies to support Pfister growth at respective retailer websites. Duties include account development, driving eCommerce growth through on-site investment, leading digital content, promotional strategy, providing key metrics to account decision makers, partnering with Brick & Mortar account managers and presenting quarterly business reviews with updated strategies and results. Responsibilities also include strategic account planning, forecasting, demand planning, and driving overall customer profitability.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop eCommerce business strategy for Pfister Plumbing Retail.com Accounts. Deliver reasoning based upon analysis of customer insights, customer strategy, internal financial analysis, business strategy, portfolio, promotions, marketing/multi-channel, and inventory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Develop the annual quota, profit plan and sales action plan and monitor actual results vs. plan throughout the year, adjusting when appropriate. Conduct business reviews with accounts and present them as appropriate to management.
- Assist marketing and sales management with the development of retailer focused marketing strategies and advertising plans as appropriate.
- Partners with digital & brand marketing teams to ensure Pfister’s SEO relevancy, content health, paid media strategy and promotional campaigns are aligned with key eCommerce retailers & internal goals.
- Provide knowledge on current eCommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated.
- Partner with Consumer Services to ensure the fulfilment of goods and services ordered via the eCommerce channel and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
- Develop recommendations for capital, operating and staffing budgets. Collaborate with other leaders in the development of a coordinated budget recommendation for Director approval. Provide fiscal oversight of allocated resources, assets and expenses. Make necessary decisions to adjust to variations in projected budget income caused by fluctuating volumes and other external factors.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all eCommerce related tasks at the respective retail.com accounts. Both internally and externally.
- Ensure eCommerce strategies align with Brick & Mortar initiatives to deliver a cohesive Omni-channel experience.
Education and Experience Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
- Management Experience in Multi-Level Organization preferred
- Minimum 3-6 years prior eCommerce experience.
- Former experience with eCommerce focused retail merchants or as a channel account manager with eCommerce focused retail merchants, primarily HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Amazon, or Walmart.com

Work Environment:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Travel required for meetings, training seminars, trade shows and end user presentations. 30% Travel Required.
