Chessington World of Adventures, a premier theme park located within Greater London, attracts over 1.5 million visitors annually. Challenge: Managing operational efficiency during peak seasons
With such a large footprint and constant footfall, operational efficiency is critical. During peak seasons, the park faced challenges in efficiently managing ride operations and staff allocations. The manual scheduling system led to overlaps, and occasional ride downtimes, impacting the overall guest experience.

Keys were previously kept on hooks in an office, meaning staff had to walk across the park to retrieve them. This slowed response times and increased the risk of unauthorised access to ride controls.
