Traka statement regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Traka and ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions have been taking actions and preparing further measures in line with ASSA ABLOY Group, World Health Organisation and British government guidance on the response to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our priorities as a business and in ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions during this situation are to:

During this time, we aim to ensure you are fully informed of how we are protecting the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners.

Office-based staff

From Wednesday March 18th, our office in Olney, Buckinghamshire, UK will be closed to visitors and our office-based employees will be working remotely where possible until further notice.

Please be assured there is no impact on our ability to continue manufacturing our products and deliver our exceptional service.

Field-based staff

Traka has a large and very important field-based presence from service engineers to project managers. These business critical functions will stay in place in order to support our customers.

If a Traka representative is due to visit your site, we will contact you to ensure the site is open and allowing visitors. If you are concerned at any point that there may be a risk to the welfare of your staff or our own staff by going ahead with the planned visit, please let us know so that we can re-arrange to a more suitable time.
