About The Role 


We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team based in Melbourne. 


Reporting to the National Sales Director, this role will focus on developing and delivering the short and long-term strategy for this channel, while working closely with National Sales Managers in other channels to ensure a cohesive sales strategy is implemented. As a leader in developing and driving growth, this role will require you to demonstrate your understanding of the locksmith and electronic access markets, utilise your high level strategic thinking and leverage your sound commercial judgment. As digital products become part of our day to day life, your ability to research market trends and requirements will be an important when working with Product Management to manange product lifecycles. Your ability to see beyond the initial sale and develop strong relationships, that will allow growth of both our customers and the business, will be crucial to the success of this position.  



About You 

An ability to demonstrate outstanding relationship skills will be essential to quickly establishing effective and collaborative working relationships with our customers, national key accounts, and colleagues within the business. While, a proven ability to motivated and develop teams, using a coaching style of leadership, aimed at developing capability and product knowledge within the team, will support your success in the role. Along with your strong relationship and leadership skills, you will also enjoy the number crunching and the attention to detail required to monitor, analyse and report on sales and financial performance for local and global KPIs.
