on going telephone support to help you resolve any issues you may have. More than that, should
it be necessary, Traka have a fleet of engineers who can be on the road in minutes to your site
in fully equipped vans - because we recognise it is the speed and efficiency in responding to a
fault that ensures customer satisfaction.
All Traka products come with a 12 months warranty.
After the 12 month warranty period expires Traka offers
Service Contracts for Support and Maintenance.
Traka recommends that for maximum peace
of mind, your organisation considers taking out a Support and Maintenance Service Contract available in bronze,
silver or gold level and tailored to meet your requirements; offering not just continued support, but also health
checks, audit reports, software updates, training and management reviews to show how well the system
is being used and what more useful information could be obtained in the way of user reports.
