Traka Support and Maintenance Service Contracts are designed to kick-in and provide cover when your initial 12 month warranty period expires.

BecauseTraka believes in a quality solution, you can sign-up in advance, for that extra peace of mind, knowing your business will be protected at all times, should your organisation experiencea technical problem, be it hardware or software.

Support and Maintenance Service Contractshave been carefully formulated to provide a customisable support solution. Three levels are available; Bronze, Silver and Gold; each with a range of additional options that you can choose from.

Contracts are available for one, three or five years - so you can select the level of commitment that suits your organisation best.

Support and Maintenance contracts offermore than just continued support, you can opt to include health checks, software updates, training and management reviews to show how well your system is being used and what additional useful information could be obtained in the way of user reports for your administrators or business managers.
