The system is very easy to use, simply requiring the user to type a PIN, swipe a card or use a finger if the biometrics access is specified. The user then types in the required locker number and if allowed access, the door will open. No access and the door stays locked. The system can be configured such that only the correct door will automatically open with the entered user ID - ideal if the user does not know the locker number in advance.

Traka32 software then audits the user name and locker selected recording the time and date. Lockers can be networked either locally or remotely, enabling control from a central administration point.

Traka cabinets are manufactured in mild steel with aluminum doors and are available in a range of sizes. Modular systems are available providing 4, 5 or 6 draws up to 24, 48, 72, or 96 lockers as required.
