iFob

The iFob is the heart of the Traka system. This intelligent bullet shaped device is made from nickel plated brass and is very robust capable of being used in cold stores at -30 C and even by navy divers. The iFob contains a chip with a guaranteed unique serial number, giving every one an individual ID. The special shape of the iFob allows it to automatically lock into the Traka cabinet and its smooth surface is inherently self cleaning eliminating problems associated with dust or other contaminations. Where keys need to be managed, they are attached using special self locking security seals, so that they cannot be easily detached.
