50% of Traka's business is supplying the world market - Traka cabinets can display in many local languages such as Czech, Polish, Japanese, French, German and Spanish. So if your business depends on non English speaking workers, Traka instructions will automatically display in an appropriate language for each individual user.

Locking strips, the integral component of the Traka cabinet which retains the iFob consists of 10 receptor sockets. Some clients - such as Prisons which hold large physical keys require double spacing, whilst other clients such as casinos, require to manage large numbers of smaller keys - for these we offer 'double density' locking strips.

Ballymore Properties is a privately owned property management company with an extensive multi million pound portfolio. Traka has recently won contracts for T5 at Heathrow; become the defacto standard at Scottish Prisons; implemented systems at Kew Gardens, the O2 Dome and at a new leading London Mental Health Hospital. Outside the UK Traka has won contracts with a large Australian defence establishment and a South African Petrochemical giant. Because Traka's work is so closely integrated with security - we can't go into details - but the names alone tell you the markets where Traka is winning business !

Thames Valley Police switch-on to see the benefits of RFID lockers

Thames Valley Police are working with Traka to develop a new range of Intelligent Lockers using RFID technology to manage covert radio handsets. Whilst other Police Forces are looking to use lockers to manage breathalyser kits. Why ? Simply because these units need to be issued, controlled & managed for calibration purposes - all easily achieved - removing hours of manual administration time and providing a fully audited solution.

These lockers are attracting wide interest in other markets too - from hotels & supermarket chains looking to secure cash trays through to Blue Chip companies wanting to secure laptops and other costly assets helping to minimise damage to equipment and costly insurance claims.

Customer Satisfaction levels highest to date

Traka is looking to implement a new approach to surveying customer satisfaction by adopting software tools, states Martyn Baker (Marketing Development Manager).

Customer reviews are currently conducted using paper forms which are issued by Account Managers upon completion of a project installation or upgrade.

The new software will enable more detailed surveys seeking customer feedback over a longer period of time and not just at a project completion. If you would like to take part in trials, let us know

2007 results show 98% of customers rate Traka as good or very good when it comes to managing an installation project.
