Customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our top priority - at Traka we pride ourselves on building long term partnerships  from initial hardware installation, through the system software configuration and user training and finally in providing on-going customer support via our help-desk.

Online support

Traka has a specifically designed support website where you can access a comprehensive list of online user manuals, select configuration files and official versions of new software releases so that any adhock requests that you may have forgotten during training can be easily located in one of our manuals. It is also an excellent point of reference to find out more about the advanced capabilities of your system.

Telephone support

But, there are times when you might need just a little more personalised help - and that is why we have a team of dedicated support staff who run a telephone help-desk service both in the UK and in the US.

We believe in responding to our customers’ needs quickly and efficiently. That level of service does not stop once your system is in place. Traka provides on-going telephone support to help you resolve any issues you may have. More than that, should it be necessary, Traka have a fleet of engineers who can be on the road in minutes to your site in fully equipped vans - because we recognise it is the speed and efficiency in responding to a problem that ensures customer satisfaction.

A range of maintenance and extended warranty options are available for when your initial 12 months warranty expires.
