It is excellent for those moments when you need to find something out, or doing something quickly on an adhoc basis but, you can't quite remember how. It is also an excellent point of reference to find out more about the advanced capabilities of your system.
But, there are times when you might need just a little more personalised help - and that is why we have a team of dedicated support staff who will seek to help.

That level of service does not stop once your system is in place, Traka provides on-going telephone support to help you resolve any issues you may have. More than that, should it be necessary, Traka have an extensive network of engineers who can be mobilised to your site if its necessary - because we recognise it is the speed and efficiency in responding to a problem that ensures customer satisfaction.
