Traka solutions offer some of the easiest key management systems to use, yet the planning of the installation, the actual implementation and the training provided can determine how quickly the systems are adopted and effectively put into day to day use. We like to ensure that all our clients have their systems up and running as soon as possible and therefore provide the following training:-
Traka also offer one day training events, intended for existing customers who want to increase their knowledge and skill levels. These courses can be run at your customer site or, if preferred, at in our dedicated training room at Traka. These events are ideal for organisations who want to train a small number of people - perhaps as a refresher - or to replace staff who have moved on to other roles.
Customer Training has always been high on the agenda when it comes to providing a quality service. 'We always aim to ensure that new customers are fully trained at the time of a system installation' says Martyn Baker, Training and Marketing Development Manager.
Usually this training takes place at the customer site, so as many people as need-be can be trained, covering all the unique aspects of each installation as well as the general functionality, in a cost effective way. Training is delivered by a highly experienced Customer Account Manager. However, there are times when on-site training just isn't possible so, we are pleased to be able to provide training at our dedicated Training Suite at Traka.
